意大利皮具品牌Coccinelle母公司AntichiPellettieriSpA2013年收入同比大跌50%至5,770万欧元，并录得净亏损880万欧元，比2012年670万欧元增加了接近1/3，债务累积至7,830万欧元。

　　意大利服装行业媒体Pambianconews指出AntichiPellettieriSpA董事会将于召集在6月28日召开股东特别大会，商讨结束公司业务和清盘的事宜。

　 　AntichiPellettieriSpA曾是意大利时尚集团MariellaBuraniFashionGroupSpA的皮具部门。 MariellaBuraniFashionGroupSpA创立于1960年，年收入曾一度高达6亿欧元，旗下曾有五间公司(包括 AntichiPellettieriSpA)分别在意大利PiazzaAffari交易市场和伦敦证券交易所上市。2010年公司陷入财务困境，前首席 执行官GiovanniBurani及前总裁WalterBurani被指控分别在2007年和2010年操作欺诈性破产，操纵股市。2012年2 月，GiovanniBurani和WalterBurani双双被判入狱六年。

　　2013年底，一个不具名的香港金融公司作价260万 欧元收购MariellaBurani，收购标的包括MariellaBurani的品牌商标、设计草图及1300件服装。 MariellaBuraniFashionGroupS.p.A.于2004年收购MariellaBurani。

　　 AntichiPellettieriSpA通过BaldininiSrl、MosaiconSpA、MaigreneSrl、BiafSpA、 BaldininiFranceSAS、MosaiconShoesSrl和BaldininiCafeSrl等子公司经营多个品牌，其中 Coccinelle、MandarinaDuck、Braccialini和FrancescoBiasia等品牌隶属于MosaiconSpA旗下。 全球最大奢侈品集团LVMHMoëtHennessyLouisVuittonSA(LVMH.PA)酩悦·轩尼诗-路易·威登集团旗下投资基金 LCapital曾于2003年11月购入AntichiPellettieriSpA30股权，2006年通过 AntichiPellettieriSpA的IPO开始逐步撤资。
