据外媒消息，John Galliano仍然有望加盟Oscar de la Renta。据Oscar de la Renta称双方每周进行邮件沟通，Oscar de la Renta 希望这位遭遇风波的设计师能为服装品牌服务。

　　目前，设计师John Galliano和前雇主Christian Dior Couture SA 及John Galliano SA的官司正在进行中。上月底巴黎上诉法庭驳回了Christian Dior Couture SA和John Galliano SA将John Galliano和前雇主纠纷案提交商业法庭审判的上诉，该案将打回劳工法庭审判，为此Christian Dior Couture SA和John Galliano SA将各自为设计师John Galliano支付2500欧元诉讼费。

　　2011年3月，由于种族歧视John Galliano被炒鱿鱼，2012年8月，John Galliano向法国劳资纠纷仲裁法庭(the Conseil des Prud'hommes)就被解雇向Christian Dior 提出索赔要求。法国劳资纠纷仲裁法庭(the Conseil des Prud'hommes)在今年2月4日举行听证，判处John Galliano胜诉，随后Dior方面上诉。

　　10月24日该案在巴黎上诉法庭举办听证，据法庭的文件显示，John Galliano服务Christian Dior Couture SA 和John Galliano SA期间包括津贴在内的年薪为370万欧元，而John Galliano的诉讼赔偿金额为600万欧元，不过该案没有立即裁决。巴黎上诉法庭表示由于技术性问题需要选择执行宣判的法院，稍后将做出决定，并将于11月28日进行宣判。

　　12月10日的宣判表明该案将打回劳资法庭重审宣判，预计John Galliano将获胜。如果John Galliano 约翰·加里亚诺获得的赔偿金为此前报道的600万欧元，除去因为侵权而支付给Christian Dior Couture SA 的170万欧元，那么净得应该为430万欧元。
